Located at 1611 East Duval Street in Jacksonville, Florida, just steps from EverBank Stadium, the property went to auction through the Internal Revenue Service after a prior owner’s tax obligations. Jacksonville attorney John M. Phillips acquired it at that sale and began its transformation into what locals now call The DUUUVAL House.

Today the house operates as a private community venue. It hosts Jacksonville Jaguars TEALgates on home-game Sundays, charity fundraisers, and local gatherings — all within walking distance of EverBank Stadium. The DUUUVAL House isn’t a commercial rental or event-for-hire business; it exists as a gathering place for the Jacksonville community.
