A Lucky Find?
History OF THE DUUUVAL HOUSE
Duuuval House
People always ask how we found the house. So many people have told me they have tried to buy it for decades. I credit twitter.
The last occupants listed it on Zillow for $300,000. While extravagantly priced in its condition at the time, this caused a bit of a frenzy on twitter. Like others, I was interested in partnering up with some fellow Jaguars fans/friends for a time share tailgate house. After doing some research, it was discovered that there was a $2 million-plus IRS tax lien was on the house and it was up for auction a couple months later.
We credit twitter and @jagsdrew with the find.
